We are a Community Interest Company addressing the environmental impact of school uniforms across their entire life cycle—from raw material acquisition to end of life.

Our initial focus is on how uniforms are worn, washed, repaired, reused, and disposed of, where everyday actions can create immediate, measurable impact, while building the evidence base for system-wide change.
Adaobi Assumpta Alagbaoso
Director
Adaobi Assumpta Alagbaoso is one of the Directors at Mind The Garment CIC and currently works as a Deputy Lead Pharmacist for Women and Child Health in the NHS.
About Adaobi
Adaobi has over nine years of experience as a pharmacist, specialising in medicines management, education and training, clinical governance, policy development, and service and project leadership.

Adaobi brings valuable insight into health, wellbeing, and evidence-based practice, supporting the organisation’s commitment to accurate, responsible public education.
As a problem solver and wellbeing advocate, she is passionate about helping people and contributing to a healthier, more sustainable world.

In her free time, Adaobi enjoys visiting friends and family and going for walks by the beach
