We are a Community Interest Company addressing the environmental impact of school uniforms across their entire life cycle—from raw material acquisition to end of life.

Our initial focus is on how uniforms are worn, washed, repaired, reused, and disposed of, where everyday actions can create immediate, measurable impact, while building the evidence base for system-wide change.

Director
James Laverick is one of the Directors at Mind The Garment CIC. He brings over 9 years of experience in finance and procurement, along with more recent experience in office and project management.
About James
James supports the organisation through his knowledge of operational processes, budgeting, and project coordination, helping to ensure that activities are delivered efficiently and sustainably.
He is pleased to be part of a team working collaboratively to support positive change within the community.
